Over the past 1.5 years I’ve taken up 3 internships with PAX! I vouch for the team and their excellence in providing internship opportunities in Mauritius and Singapore both physically and virtually! My experiences over the 3 internships have been very thorough and transformational. I’ve taken up a virtual internship in Mauritius in Marketing in December 2020, a welfare and NGO internship in the environment domain virtually in Singapore in June 2021, and a physical internship in the retail and fashion sector in Mauritius physically in January 2022! I couldn’t be prouder of myself to take on practical experiences for growth and exploring my interests in different fields.

During my semester breaks, I had the privilege to intern in Singapore twice, the first time in a marketing company and the second time in a finance company with the help of PAX. It was an amazing experience I was able to meet incredible colleagues and amazing mentors. The best thing about my International internship is that I got a lot of hand on experience and knowledge about both finance and marketing industries! PAX team made me feel comfortable from day 1, gave me constructive feedback, and helped me with industry insights. I've loved every moment of this experience.

During the pandemic I took up a Global Virtual Internship in Mauritius with PAX in 2021, and I was very fortunate to take up a physical internship in Mauritius in 2022 January month! I was very specific with my requirements and PAX took care of all my internship requirements, was transparent at each stage of internship company finalization and delivered me with exactly that I was looking for. Both my experiences were very enriching with PAX.

I’ve taken up a law internship with PAX in Mauritius physically in January 2022 and I was guided and supported at each and every step during my internship. Being a second year student I was relevantly new to the field of Law, and I was given practical works throughout my internship which strengthened my research skills, drafting knowledge. I visited courts in Mauritius on a regular basis, and my mentors at office were very supportive. Couldn’t have asked for anything more than what I got.

It was only due to PAX that I was able to intern for two separate companies in Singapore and Mauritius – both virtually. My first internship (June 2021) was in the marketing field, which I completed in Singapore. I had a terrific virtual internship experience in Singapore. The internship went over without a hitch and was a breath of fresh air. My second internship (February 2022) which I completed in Mauritius, was in the field of finance. This experience has given me a great deal of independence, and team PAX provides just enough assistance and advice to assist you when you need it.

I've had a great experience with PAX Glocal Corporate Internship in Goa during June-July 2021. I was informed of every minute detail by the PAX team in advance, and they had curated my experience of internship in Goa very smoothly. The experience of actually going to an office in Goa during the day and enjoying goa's monsoon season I will remember for a very long time. I re-applied for yet another physical internship at PAX and took up an internship in Mauritius in January 2022, in the domain of corporate finance and management. It has been the best experience of my college life!

I felt the complete experience of interning in Singapore was really beneficial in terms of my personal and professional development. The skills learned working virtually are dynamic in the modern workplace and I got this opportunity for me to master them. It was also really nice to have the opportunity to connect with other interns and international team members, Team PAX made sure that even though the internship was online, there were lots of opportunities to get to know the intricate details of my digital marketing, and sharing cultural experiences and learn from my team's expertise.

Initially, I had my doubts regarding PAX. I feared not getting an opportunity that would justify the fee charged. But once the PAX team informed me about the job role, I was shocked to see the level of complexity it involved. It would be fair to say that such roles and responsibilities are hardly available for undergraduate level Accounting and Finance students in India. The onboarding process was very smooth. I also did not face any difficulty during my virtual internship in Singapore. Being a first-year student I was lucky that I could take on the opportunity of an international internship in Mauritius in January 2022. Everything was beyond my imagination, exactly the same as what team PAX conveyed and more. I am an international affairs student, and I wanted to work in the domain of Human Rights. My internship in Mauritius provided me with a holistic view of the sector and more. My colleagues at the office made me feel like part of the family and had contributed immensely to my learnings. This is the beginning of my carrier, and PAX gave me a remarkable professional start.

I took up PAX global virtual Internship in Singapore in the month of April to June for 7 weeks in April 2021. I had interned in the field of finance virtually sitting in India with a company in Singapore in which PAX team had placed me. The knowledge that I got during my internship helped me gain deep insights into the field of finance and credit advisory. I’ve personally taken up a global virtual internship in Mauritius for Marketing in June 2020 with PAX and then a global virtual internship in Finance field in December 2021. During my studies at the university I have undertaken 2 international work opportunities physically with PAX in Mauritius in June 2019 (in an Internationally recognized NGO) and Singapore January 2020 (in marketing department). The overall experience has been wholesome, I could travel abroad, see different working cultures, diversity as well as take international work experience. I was very fortunate to sign up for PAX Internship in November 2019 and got the opportunity to start my internship in Singapore in January 2020 this year for 1 month duration. During my internship I could learn about consulting, advisory, preparing reports for industry partners, Singapore’s accounting processes, etc. It was a wholesome experience, because I could learn about accounting and also corporate law and corporate marketing.

During my time in Mauritius, I believe PAX gave it all in to make my experience a truly wonderful one. Be it hospitality or the internship itself, the package seemed to tailor made for each one of us. The experience not only taught me how to work in a corporate environment but also helped me realise what I really want to do ahead in my life. I'm now working internationally in London. PAX internship has a very huge contribution for my international work experience.

I learned a lot of things during my hotel management internship of 5 months in Mauritius. I was in the kitchen department, wherein I learned many new cuisines and live cooking. It was a great time there, I also got to experience other departments on rotation and understood different roles and responsibilities. I acquired skills and my colleagues and supervisors were extremely helpful and nice. I feel very different after completing the internship, I gained a lot of learnings. I lived in Flic-en-Flac and my accommodation was organized by PAX which was 2 minutes walk from the beach. I loved the country, there are a lot of activities to do in Mauritius and I owe everything to team PAX, especially Charan sir who was always very supportive during the entire time.

I went for a corporate internship in Mauritius during my under graduation. The most amazing memory from my internship is meeting With the First Female President of Mauritius. Yes! I met the President, PAX director was invited to the President House, wherein he chose a few students for the meeting, and I was one of the interns who got an opportunity to meet the country president!

I was enlightened both professionally as well as personally in terms of knowledge enhancement. I got to experience the culture, life and ability to handle situations during my internships at Mauritius (in June 2019) and Singapore (in January 2020).

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Team PAX for giving me one of the best experiences of my life. I have got an opportunity to intern in Mauritius during my MBA in 2017 with the help of PAX. It was a life changing experience for me. I am glad that I took up that opportunity as it came my way. Interning in Mauritius opened avenues for me in various paths of life. Post my internship I also got an opportunity to intern with PAX team out of their India office for 6 months, which was a great learning period for me. After my internship I travelled to UK for my Masters, and that was when I realized how important it was for me that I took up an international exposure before moving to UK. I have taken up the Corporate Educational Internship Program. During my time in Mauritius, I learned how a company works! Experiencing the culture and tasting varieties of food was really fun! Our living arrangements were amazing and the food and the place that we lived in made me feel like I belonged! PAX helped us with everything and were there for us 24/7.

I was very specific in my learning element being in the education industry, as I was planning for my PhD after my MBA degree and wanted to take up the path of being a lecturer. PAX ensured my internship element being aligned to my goal and vision of life. I miss those days.

PAX is everything, a home away from home! They give you a homely feel to such extents that you start missing your PAX fam once back home. During my time in Mauritius, I gained a few things more than just work experience and skills. Naming some would be to have a sense of responsibility since you are miles away from home, confidence and exposure to new things in life!

Experiencing Mauritius with PAX was a heavenly experience for me in the field of Hotel Management. I was a diploma student and when I heard about an international experience being offered which would cover my food, accommodation, visa, and confirmation in a 4-5 star hotel in an Indian Ocean Island, I decided to go for it. The happiness and fulfillment that I got while interning in Mauritius were no less than the happiness I had when I graduated from university. Team PAX took care of all the logistical hassles and gave me a magical experience. My colleagues at the hotel that I interned in were also extremely supportive, very welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed and learned plenty of new things during my international hotel management internship.

I have interned with PAX in Mauritius (In Jan 2019) and Singapore (In Jan 2020) both. It has been a great learning experience for me. Living indepently (ofcourse with PAX guidance) as well as going to work everyday in formals, sitting in work meetings, meeting the clients in my office, it gave me the feel of corporate life. Interning in Mauritius will always be a very important chapter of my life. This one month was a true balance of professional as well as personal growth. Things that I read in books back in college, I actually applied it in the real world. I was given a chance to directly interact with the clients, which taught me key elements of communication and negotiation. As an intern I never thought I would be trusted with so much responsibility. My leaders were so supportive throughout and I learnt so much from them in terms of marketing as well as about the corporate life.
